Job Details and Business Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person sales outreach within the local community, managing the process from start to finish.
- Assist with marketing initiatives by conducting market research, gathering preliminary data, and organizing strategic planning sessions.
- Collaborate with business development teams to execute winning strategies, incorporate tailored sales messaging, and deliver impactful proposals and presentations.
- Effectively juggle multiple projects and team responsibilities, maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines.
- Ensure marketing materials and external communications meet company standards for professionalism and consistency.
- Update and maintain the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Be available for occasional weekend work to meet project deadlines.
What We’re Looking For In A Business Sales Associate:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, promotions, sales, business, or outside sales.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- A knack for understanding and responding to different customer preferences.
- Active listening skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Dependable transportation with the flexibility to visit multiple locations in one day.
- A strong sense of integrity and respect, paired with the ability to foster positive relationships with management, peers, and customers.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends.
