What You’ll Do in The Customer Success Manager Role:
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and enhance customer engagement by expanding their use of our services, based on customer usage patterns and relationship development
- Develop and nurture relationships with new customers and support customers on how our services best meet their needs
- Understand customer needs and requirements through active listening, probing questions, and observing body language to close sales
- Identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Create and execute sales plan, leveraging market insights to maximize revenue.
- Represent our company’s values and commitment to excellence during every interaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales-related experience preferred—but we love go-getters and fast learners, too.
- A knack for understanding client needs and providing solutions that add value.
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a talent for building rapport.
